Where we ship

Checkout is currently available for delivery addresses in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping rates

United States: Standard shipping is $6. Eligible orders of $60 or more receive free standard shipping.

United Arab Emirates: Free standard shipping.

All shipping charges are shown before payment. Available destinations and rates may change, and the options displayed at checkout are the most current.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Any delivery window shown at checkout or provided after dispatch is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, remote delivery areas, customs processing, weather, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details after your order has been handed to the carrier. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the first scan.

Delivery addresses and changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at contact@drnk.ae. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched.

Duties and taxes

If duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges apply and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, email contact@drnk.ae with your order number.

For damaged deliveries, please also include clear photos of the package and item so we can review the issue and work with the carrier.

Split shipments

Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping because we split an order.
